About Us

What is Grace Haven?
Grace Haven is an adult activity centre focused on the well being of seniors and their caregivers. There are opportunities to make new friends and have fun participating in therapeutic activities with the support of a caring team of trained staff members.

Grace Haven has increased service provision to include younger individuals living with chronic health conditions, early onset Alzheimer’s disease and acquired brain injury.

One of our primary goals is to help people in the community remain happy and healthy in their own home for as long as possible. We have successfully done this for over 12 years.
